This watercolor was inspired by the inner parts of an analog watch. Its story reads as follows:

The clock ticked steadily, its inner workings in perpetual motion. Each hour pushed time forward, while simultaneously adding to the growing weight of the past. To some, this endless cycle was unsettling—a ticking reminder of inevitable wear and tear. A stampede of mechanical beings rushed to escape the clock’s influence, aware that with every passing hour, their own mechanical parts became more vulnerable, less reliable.

This painting was made with traditional watercolors but also hand-made shimmering watercolors. When light hits the shimmering watercolors, you will see the colors changing.
